v0.4 released : slowMo Time !

The new version v0.4 arrived, main features of this version are :
- Fixed potential crashes
- Fixed a bug were the same team win over and over
- Added a slowMotion effect on certain powerfull shots
- Changed BLU team to YEL (yellow) to better see the plaeyrs
- Improved spawn points of players, now spawn on the ground.
